1.SHIPPING POLICY

Our online store offers free shipping in the United States, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. At the moment we are not making international shipments only domestic shipments to all states of the United States. But if any customer would like an international shipment would have to contact our mail to reach an agreement on shipping prices.

A.Shipping time

-Orders will take no more than three working days to be shipped.

-The shipping time after the item has been shipped is five to seven working days.

B.Articles with tracking Number

All items with a value greater than $12 will carry a Tracking Number.

Therefore any item under $12 will not carry Trucking Number and will be sent by postcard or letter method. Taking into account that the seeds will be sent protected so that they arrive healthy at their destination. If any customer would like items under $ 12 to carry tracking Number should contact our email to reach an agreement on shipping prices.

D. Types of packaging

-Items under $8.00 will be sent through First Class this because they are small seeds and for the benefit of our customers and to improve our prices we send our seeds through letters. These letters are sent protected and the seeds arrive intact and healthy at their destination.

-Items whose price exceeds $10.00 will be shipped by USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. The packaging will be in large envelopes or medium or small boxes.

-For large items or that belong to the fresh fruit section will be sent by Priority Mails. Also for customers who make multiple orders that exceed $ 30 were also sent by Priority mails all this to save the customer shipping costs.

2.REFUND POLICY

A. Broken or damaged item

-Our online store has a strict refund policy. With this clear all items are entitled to reimbursement as long as the buyer evidences with photos that their seeds have been damaged, or have broken in the journey of the trip.

-In our store all items have reserved large quantities to ensure that each of our customers have the option to buy the seeds they want either in small quantities or in large quantities. If any customer wants wholesale seeds can contact us through our email or social networks.

-If for any reason the items are not available you will be entitled to a refund.
